지역신문발전지원 특별법 제14조(기금의 관리ㆍ운용)

① 기금은 문화체육관광부장관이 관리ㆍ운용한다.

(1) The^ð더 Fund^f펀드 shall섈 be비 managed매니지드 and앤드 operated아퍼^r레이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Culture,컬처 Sports스포츠 and앤드 Tourism.투^r리점

② 문화체육관광부장관은 기금의 관리 및 운용에 관한 사무를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 언론 관련 법인 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Culture,컬처 Sports스포츠 and앤드 Tourism투^r리점 may메이 entrust엔트^r러스트 affairs어^f페어즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 to투 a어 press-related프^r레스-^r릴레이티드 corporation코퍼^r레이션 or오 organization,오거너제이션 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 기금의 관리ㆍ운용 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
