지역신문발전지원 특별법 제11조(위원회의 회의 등)

① 위원회의 회의는 위원장이 소집한다. 다만, 재적위원 과반수가 회의 소집을 요구한 경우 위원장은 지체 없이 위원회를 소집하여야 한다.

② 위원회는 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 위원회의 회의는 공개한다. 다만, 위원회가 특히 필요하다고 인정하여 의결한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

④ 위원회는 내부규정으로 정하는 바에 따라 회의록을 작성하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 minutes미닛츠 of어^v브 meetings미팅즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 internal인터늘 rules.^r룰즈
