지방전문경력관 규정 제15조(파견)

임용권자는 임용령 제27조의2제1항제1호부터 제4호까지의 규정 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 한정하여 지방전문경력관을 직무 분야 및 직위군의 변경 없이 다른 지방자치단체나 국가기관 등에 파견할 수 있다.
