Enforcement Decree of the Local Finance Act, Article 46 (Resident Participation in the Budget Process, Including Local Budget Preparation)

①법 제39조제1항에 따른 지방예산 편성 등 예산과정(이하 이 조에서 "예산과정"이라 한다)에 주민이 참여할 수 있는 방법은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2020.3.3>

②지방자치단체의 장은 제1항에 따라 수렴된 주민의견을 검토하고 그 결과를 예산과정에 반영할 수 있다. <개정 2020.3.3>

③ 행정안전부장관은 법 제39조제4항에 따라 다음 각 호의 항목에 대해서 지방자치단체를 대상으로 같은 조 제1항에 따른 주민참여예산제도(이하 이 조에서 "주민참여예산제도"라 한다)의 운영에 대한 평가를 매년 실시할 수 있다. <신설 2020.3.3>
