지방재정법 시행령 제36조(시ㆍ군 조정교부금의 종류와 배분)

① 법 제29조 및 제29조의2에 따른 조정교부금의 종류와 용도는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2014.11.28>

②일반조정교부금의 재원은 조정교부금 총액의 100분의 90에 해당하는 금액으로 하고, 특별조정교부금의 재원은 조정교부금 총액의 100분의 10에 해당하는 금액으로 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2014.11.28>

③ 일반조정교부금을 배분할 때에는 일반조정교부금 총액의 100분의 50에 해당하는 금액은 해당 시ㆍ군의 인구수에 따라 배분하고, 100분의 20에 해당하는 금액은 해당 시ㆍ군의 광역시세ㆍ도세 징수실적에 따라 배분하며, 100분의 30에 해당하는 금액은 재정력지수(「지방교부세법」에 따라 산정한 매년도 기준재정수입액을 기준재정수요액으로 나눈 값을 말한다)가 1 미만인 시ㆍ군을 대상으로 1에서 해당 시ㆍ군의 재정력지수를 뺀 값을 기준으로 배분한다. <개정 2014.11.28, 2016.8.29>
