지방재정법 시행령 제133조(채권계약의 약정)

1. 채무자가 이행기까지 채무를 이행하지 아니하는 때에는 연체금으로서 일정한 기준에 의하여 계산한 금액을 지방자치단체에 납부하게 할 것

2. 분할하여 이행하게 되어 있는 채권으로서 채무자가 분할된 이행금액에 대한 이행을 게을리 한 때에는 당해 채권의 전부 또는 일부에 대하여 이행기를 단축할 수 있게 할 것

3. 담보부채권에 있어서 담보의 가액이 감소되거나 보증인이 부적당하게 된 사정이 발생한 때에는 채무자는 지방자치단체의 요구에 따라 담보의 추가제공, 보증인의 변경 또는 담보의 변경을 할 것

4. 당해 채권의 보전상 필요가 있는 때에는 채무자 또는 보증인에 대하여 그 업무 또는 자산상황에 관한 질문을 하거나 장부ㆍ서류 그 밖에 물건을 조사하거나 보고 또는 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있도록 할 것
