지방자치법 시행령 제18조(청구요건 심사)

① 주무부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제21조제8항에 따라 청구를 수리하거나 각하하려는 경우에는 제25조제1항에 따른 감사청구심의회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.
