지방자치단체 출자ㆍ출연 기관의 운영에 관한 법률 제5조(출자ㆍ출연 기관의 지정ㆍ고시 등)

행정안전부장관은 매 회계연도 개시 후 1개월 이내에 주무기관의 장(관계 법령에 따라 그 출자기관 또는 출연기관이 수행하는 업무와 관련한 사무를 관장하는 중앙행정기관의 장을 말한다. 이하 같다)과 지방자치단체의 장[출자ㆍ출연 기관을 설립한 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 및 특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)나 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)을 말한다. 이하 같다]과 협의하여 제2조에 따라 이 법의 적용 대상이 되는 출자ㆍ출연 기관을 새로 지정하거나, 지정을 해제하거나, 변경하여 지정하고 고시한다. 다만, 회계연도 중이라도 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 출자ㆍ출연 기관을 새로 지정하거나, 지정을 해제하거나, 변경하여 지정하고 고시할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
