지방자치단체 출자ㆍ출연 기관의 운영에 관한 법률 제14조(임직원의 보수 등)

① 출자ㆍ출연 기관 임직원의 보수는 해당 기관의 경영성과가 반영될 수 있도록 하여야 하며, 예산의 범위에서 법령과 해당 기관의 정관 또는 내부규정에 명시된 지급근거에 따라 집행하여야 한다.

② 지방자치단체의 장은 출자ㆍ출연 기관의 임직원의 보수와 관련하여 필요한 경우 해당 지방자치단체의 회계 관계 규정 등의 범위에서 구체적인 운영 방법, 기준 및 절차를 정하여 소관 출자ㆍ출연 기관에 통보할 수 있다.
