Act on the Establishment and Operation of Local Government-Funded Research Institutes, Article 9 (Terms of Office of Officers)

① 이사장ㆍ원장ㆍ이사(당연직이사는 제외한다) 및 감사의 임기는 각각 3년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다.
