지방자치단체출연 연구원의 설립 및 운영에 관한 법률 제11조(이사회의 운영)

① 이사장은 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 이사회를 소집할 수 있으며, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 소집요구가 있을 때에는 그 소집요구일부터 20일 이내에 이사회를 소집하여야 한다.

② 감사는 이사회에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.

③ 이사회는 이 법에 특별한 규정이 없으면 재적이사 과반수의 출석과 출석한 이사 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 이사회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
