지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제92조의4(과징금의 납부기한 연기 및 분할 납부)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 「행정기본법」 제29조 단서에 따라 법 제31조의2제1항에 따른 과징금의 납부기한을 연기하거나 분할 납부하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 납부기한의 연기는 그 납부기한의 다음 날부터 1년을 초과할 수 없다.

③ 제1항에 따라 분할 납부하게 하는 경우 각 분할된 납부기한 간의 간격은 3개월 이내로 하며, 분할 납부의 횟수는 3회 이내로 한다.
