지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제29조(계속공사에 대한 수의계약 시의 계약금액)

계속공사(제25조제1항제4호가목부터 다목까지의 규정에 따라 직전 또는 현재의 시공자와 수의계약을 체결할 수 있는 공사를 말한다)의 경우 그 공사 이후의 계약금액은 예정가격에 제1차공사의 낙찰률(예정가격에 대한 낙찰금액 또는 계약금액의 비율을 말한다. 이하 같다)을 곱한 금액 이하로 하여야 한다. 다만, 행정안전부장관이 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
