지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제27조(계약을 해제 또는 해지하는 경우의 수의계약)

① 지방자치단체의 장 또는 계약담당자는 계약상대자가 계약체결 후 계약상의 의무를 이행하지 아니하여 계약을 해제하거나 해지한 경우 수의계약에 의할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 수의계약의 경우 보증금과 기한을 제외하고는 최초 입찰에 부칠 때에 정한 가격과 그 밖의 조건을 변경할 수 없다.
