지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제138조(평가)

① 지방자치단체의 장 또는 계약담당자는 이 장에 의한 공사의 준공검사를 한 후에 평가단을 구성하여 해당 공사의 발주방식의 적정성, 시공과정ㆍ실적 및 효과 등에 대하여 평가를 실시할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 평가단의 구성ㆍ운영, 그밖에 평가에 필요한 사항은 각 지방자치단체의 장이 정한다.
