Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which a Local Government Is a Party, Article 135-2 (Compensation for Proposal Preparation Costs in Technical Proposal Bidding)

① 지방자치단체의 장 또는 계약담당자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자의 전부 또는 일부에 대해서는 예산의 범위에서 제안서 작성비용의 일부를 보상할 수 있다.
