지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제120조(조정)

① 위원회는 청구 또는 신청의 심사결과에 대하여 조정안을 작성하여 이를 당사자에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2019.6.25>

② 제1항에 따른 조정안을 작성할 때 법 제34조제1항 각 호의 사항으로 청구인등이 불이익을 받았다고 인정되는 경우에는 그 지방자치단체의 장 또는 계약담당자가 행한 행위를 취소하거나 시정하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2019.6.25>
