지방의료원의 설립 및 운영에 관한 법률 제8조의2(임원의 임기)

① 원장의 임기는 3년으로 한다.

② 이사 및 감사의 임기는 3년으로 하며, 3년의 범위에서 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

③ 원장ㆍ이사 및 감사가 임기 중 궐위된 경우 새로 임명되는 원장ㆍ이사 및 감사의 임기는 새로 시작한다.

(3) Where웨어 the^ð더 director,더^r렉터 a어 board보드 member,멤버 or오 the^ð디 auditor오디터 becomes비컴즈 vacant^v베이컨트 during두^r링 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office,오^f피스 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 the^ð더 newly눌리 appointed어포인티드 director,더^r렉터 board보드 member,멤버 or오 auditor오디터 shall섈 start스타트 anew.어누
