지방 연구직 및 지도직공무원의 임용 등에 관한 규정 제19조(경력평정)

① 제12조의 승진소요최저연수에 도달한 연구사 및 지도사에 대해서는 그 경력을 평정하여 승진임용에 반영하여야 한다. <개정 2010.12.13>

② 경력평정은 평정기준일부터 경력평정대상 공무원의 승진소요최저연수 이상의 범위에서 해당 지방자치단체 소속 공무원의 계급별 평균 승진소요연수를 고려하여 임용권자가 정하는 기간 중 실제로 직무에 종사한 기간("경력평정대상기간"이라 한다)에 대하여 별표 4의 환산율을 적용하여 산정한 경력기간("환산경력기간"이라 한다)에 교육부령 또는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 평정점을 곱하여 산정한다. 다만, 제12조제4항 각 호에 따라 승진소요최저연수에 산입되는 기간은 각각 휴직 또는 직위해제 당시의 직급에서 직무에 종사한 것으로 보아 평정한다. <개정 2010.12.13, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
