지방세특례제한법 시행령 제66조(의약품 품질관리 개선시설의 범위 등)

① 법 제113조제1항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 의약품 품질관리 개선시설"이란 「조세특례제한법 시행령」 제22조의4제1항에 따른 시설을 말한다.

② 법 제113조제1항 전단에 따른 중견기업은 「조세특례제한법 시행령」 제10조제1항에 따른 중견기업으로 한다. <신설 2014.8.20>

③ 법 제113조제1항을 적용받으려는 자는 투자완료일이 속하는 과세연도에 과세표준 신고와 함께 행정안전부령으로 정하는 세액공제신청서를 납세지 관할 지방자치단체의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 「조세특례제한법 시행령」 제22조의4제3항에 따라 납세지 관할 세무서장에게 소득세 공제를 신청하는 경우에는 법 제113조에 따른 개인지방소득세에 대한 세액공제도 함께 신청한 것으로 본다. <개정 2014.8.20, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
