Local Tax Collection Act, Article 86 (Cancellation of Registration of Public Sale Announcements)

지방자치단체의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제79조에 따른 공매공고의 등기 또는 등록을 말소할 것을 관계 관서에 촉탁하여야 한다.
