지방세징수법 제58조(저당권자 등에 대한 압류 통지)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 전세권ㆍ질권 또는 저당권이 설정된 재산을 압류하였을 때에는 그 사실을 해당 채권자에게 통지하여야 한다.

② 지방세보다 우선권을 가진 채권자가 제1항에 따른 통지를 받고 그 권리를 행사하려면 통지를 받은 날부터 10일 내에 그 사실을 지방자치단체의 장에게 신고하여야 한다.
