지방세징수법 제102조의2(배분계산서에 대한 이의의 취하간주)

제102조제3항제1호나목에 따라 배분계산서 중 이의제기가 있어 확정되지 아니한 부분이 있는 경우 이의를 제기한 체납자등이 지방자치단체의 장의 배분계산서 작성에 관하여 심판청구등을 한 사실을 증명하는 서류를 배분기일부터 1주일 이내에 제출하지 아니하면 이의제기가 취하된 것으로 본다.
