지방문화원진흥법 제6조(시설)

① 지방문화원은 그 목적사업을 수행하기 위하여 시ㆍ도 조례로 정하는 필요한 시설을 갖추어야 한다. <개정 2020.2.18>

② 지방문화원은 그 목적사업의 수행에 지장이 없는 범위에서 제1항에 따른 시설 중 일부를 지역주민의 공동이익 증진을 위하여 이용하도록 제공하여야 한다.
