Regulations on the Authorized Number of National Public Officials in Local Education Administrative Agencies and Public Schools of Each Level, Article 3 (Allocation of Authorized Number)

①특별시ㆍ통합특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도 및 특별자치도별 정원은 교육부장관이, 그 하부조직별 정원은 당해 특별시ㆍ통합특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도 및 특별자치도의 교육감이 배정한다. <개정 2001.1.29, 2008.12.31, 2010.2.26, 2012.6.29, 2014.11.19, 2026.6.23>

② 교육부장관은 제1항에 따라 정원(별표 2에 따른 정원만 해당한다)을 배정할 때에는 총 정원의 범위에서 특별시ㆍ통합특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도 및 특별자치도별 학생밀도 및 읍ㆍ면 지역 단위의 학교 비율 등을 고려하여 정한 적정 기준에 따라 배정하여야 한다. <신설 2010.2.26, 2012.6.29, 2014.11.19, 2026.6.23>
