지방교육자치에 관한 법률 제37조(의무교육경비 등)

①의무교육에 종사하는 교원의 보수와 그 밖의 의무교육에 관련되는 경비는 「지방교육재정교부금법」에서 정하는 바에 따라 국가 및 지방자치단체가 부담한다. <개정 2021.3.23>

②제1항의 규정에 따른 의무교육 외의 교육에 관련되는 경비는 「지방교육재정교부금법」에서 정하는 바에 따라 국가ㆍ지방자치단체 및 학부모 등이 부담한다. <개정 2021.3.23>
