지방교육자치에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(교육감직인수위원회의 설치ㆍ운영 등)

① 법 제50조의2제1항에 따른 교육감직인수위원회(이하 이 조에서 "인수위원회"라 한다)는 교육감당선인이 결정된 후에 설치한다.

② 인수위원회는 법 제50조의2제2항에 따른 기한의 범위에서 새로 임기가 시작되는 교육감이 정하는 시기까지 존속한다.

③ 교육감은 교육감당선인의 업무파악을 돕기 위하여 소속 공무원 중에서 담당자를 지정하고, 인수위원회와 협의하도록 하여야 한다.

④ 교육감은 인수위원회의 설치와 운영에 필요한 비용을 시ㆍ도 교육청의 예비비 등으로 지원하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 shall섈 support서포트 the^ð디 expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 establishment이스태블리시먼트 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Transition트^r랜지션 Committee커미티 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 reserve^r리저^v브 funds^f펀즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Do시 Office오^f피스 of어^v브 Education,에저케이션 etc.엣세터^r러

⑤ 법 제50조의2제5항에 따라 교육감이 위촉한 위원장ㆍ부위원장 및 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당, 여비, 그 밖에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 인수위원회의 조직과 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 해당 시ㆍ도의 조례로 정한다.
