Enforcement Decree of the Act on Local Education Autonomy, Article 8 (Report on Establishment of Superintendents' Council, etc.)

①법 제42조에 따라 교육감이 전국적 협의체를 설립한 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 교육부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. 신고한 사항을 변경한 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
