Local Allocation Tax Act, Article 7 (Standard Fiscal Demand)

① 기준재정수요액은 각 측정항목별로 측정단위의 수치를 해당 단위비용에 곱하여 얻은 금액을 합산한 금액으로 한다.

③ 제1항과 제2항에 따라 기준재정수요액을 산정할 때에 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 단위비용을 조정하거나 기준재정수요액을 보정(補正)하여야 한다.
