지방교부세법 시행령 제3조의2(교부세 산정자료의 검사)

① 행정안전부장관은 제3조제1항에 따라 받은 교부세 산정자료가 사실대로 작성되었는지를 확인하기 위하여 제3조제3항에 따라 각 지방자치단체(자치구는 제외한다)의 장이 비치ㆍ관리하고 있는 대장을 검사할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2014.12.31, 2017.7.26>

② 행정안전부장관은 제1항에 따른 시ㆍ군의 교부세 산정자료의 검사를 통합특별시장, 광역시장, 도지사 또는 특별자치도지사에게 위임할 수 있다. 이 경우 위임을 받은 통합특별시장, 광역시장, 도지사 또는 특별자치도지사는 그 검사 결과를 행정안전부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2014.12.31, 2017.7.26, 2024.6.18, 2026.6.23>
