지방교부세법 시행령 제11조(교부세의 통지)

행정안전부장관은 매 회계연도 시작 전에 각 지방자치단체에 교부할 교부세 총액을 해당 지방자치단체에 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 회계연도 중에 교부세 총액이 변경된 경우 또는 그 밖의 특별한 사유로 해당 지방자치단체의 교부세액이 변경된 경우에는 그 때마다 이를 해당 지방자치단체에 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2014.12.31, 2017.7.26>
