지방교부세법 시행령 제10조의3(부동산교부세의 교부기준 등)

① 법 제9조의3제2항에 따른 부동산교부세의 교부기준은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2015.12.10, 2024.12.10>

② 법 제5조제3항제2호에 따른 종합부동산세 예산액과 그 결산액의 차액으로 인한 정산액은 그 차액이 발생한 당시의 부동산교부세 교부기준에 따라 교부한다. <개정 2014.4.22>

③ 부동산교부세는 매년 12월 16일부터 12월 31일까지 교부하되, 예산이 허용하는 범위에서 그 전에 교부할 수 있다.

④ 제1항에 따른 지방자치단체별 부동산교부세 교부액 산정의 구체적인 사항과 교부절차 및 교부방법에 관하여 필요한 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
