지방공무원 수당 등에 관한 규정 제9조(창안상여금)

①「지방공무원법」 제78조의 규정에 의하여 제안의 채택시행으로 국가 또는 지방자치단체에 직접적이고 현저한 예산의 절감을 가져온 경우에는 창안을 실시한 기관에서 1년간 절약된 경비를 기준으로 하여 시행연도 또는 그 다음해의 해당회계예산에서 창안자에게 상여금을 지급한다. <개정 2005.1.7>

②제1항의 상여금은 별표 5에 정한 금액이하로 한다.

③제1항의 규정에 의한 지급기관이 2이상인 경우에는 제안심사위원회가 그 지급기관을 지정하고 관계기관별 상여금 분담액을 정한다.

④제안이 채택된 후 창안자가 퇴직하거나 사망한 경우에도 상여금을 지급하되, 창안자가 사망한 경우의 상여금은 그 상속인에게 지급한다.
