지방공무원 수당 등에 관한 규정 제12조(특수지근무수당)

①교통이 불편하고 문화ㆍ교육시설이 거의 없는 지역이나 근무환경이 특수한 기관에 근무하는 공무원에 대하여는 예산의 범위안에서 등급구분에 따라 특지는 월 6만원, 갑지는 월 5만원, 을지는 월 4만원, 병지는 월 3만원의 특수지근무수당을 지급하되, 「서해 5도 지원 특별법」 제2조제1호에 따른 서해 5도에 근무하는 공무원에 대해서는 월 20만원의 범위 에서 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정하는 금액을 지급할 수 있다. <개정 1985.9.9, 1993.1.15, 1995.1.28, 2000.1.28, 2001.1.29, 2004.5.4, 2005.1.7, 2012.1.6, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2019.1.8>

②제1항의 특수지근무수당의 지급대상인 지역과 그 등급별 구분은 별표 10에서 정한 특수지근무수당지급대상지역등급구분기준표에 따라, 특수지근무수당의 지급대상인 근무환경이 특수한 기관과 그 등급별 구분은 해당 기관의 특수성과 다른 기관과의 형평을 고려하여 시ㆍ도 조례로 정한다. 이 경우 별표 10의 특수지근무수당지급대상지역등급구분기준표의 적용요령은 특별시장ㆍ통합특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)가 따로 정한다. <개정 1985.9.9, 1998.6.1, 2000.1.28, 2008.2.29, 2008.9.10, 2021.11.30, 2026.6.23>
