지방공무원 보수규정 제9조(호봉의 재획정)

①공무원이 재직중에 다음 각호의 1에 해당하는 경우에는 호봉을 재획정한다. <개정 1990.1.15, 1994.12.31, 1997.1.24, 2011.1.10>

②제1항제1호 및 제1호의2의 경우에는 경력 합산을 신청한 날이 속하는 달의 다음 달 1일에, 제1항제2호의 경우에는 제14조제2호 및 제2호의2의 규정에 의한 기간이 경과한 날이 속하는 달의 다음달 1일에 각각 이를 합산하여 재획정한다. 다만, 휴직(공무상 질병 또는 부상으로 인한 휴직은 제외한다)ㆍ정직ㆍ강등 또는 직위해제중인 자에 대하여는 복직일에 재획정한다. <개정 1990.1.15, 1997.1.24, 2011.1.10, 2026.1.2>

③초임호봉획정의 방법이 변경되어 호봉을 재획정하는 때에는 다른 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 초임호봉획정의 방법에 의한다.

④제2항 및 제3항의 규정에 의하여 호봉을 재획정함에 있어서 당해 공무원의 경력에 특별승급 또는 승급제한등의 사유가 있을 때에는 이를 가감하여야 한다.

⑤호봉재획정에 반영되지 아니한 잔여기간이 있을 때에는 그 기간을 다음 승급기간에 산입한다. <개정 1990.1.15>
