지방공무원 보수규정 제50조(보수 등의 지급방법 등에 관한 특례)

①「지방자치단체의 행정기구와 정원기준 등에 관한 규정」과 「지방교육행정기관의 행정기구와 정원기준 등에 관한 규정」에 따라 기준인건비제 또는 총액인건비제를 운영하는 지방자치단체와 지방교육행정기관은 그 지방자치단체 또는 지방교육행정기관의 업무특성과 인력운영 상황에 적합한 보수제도를 운영하기 위하여 교육부장관 또는 행정안전부장관이 산정ㆍ통보하는 인건비 총액의 범위 안에서 제2항 내지 제4항이 정하는 바에 따라 보수를 자율적으로 결정할 수 있다. <개정 2007.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2012.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.3.5, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
