지방공무원 보수규정 제15조(특별승급)

①제12조의 규정에 불구하고 다음 각호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에 대하여 1호봉을 특별승급시킬 수 있다. <개정 2017.1.6>

④특별승급은 특별승급이 확정된 날이 속하는 달의 다음달 1일자로 승급시키되, 특별승급일이 그의 정기승급일인 경우에는 2호봉을 승급시킨다. 다만, 특별승진된 자는 동일한 사유로 특별승급시킬 수 없으며, 특별승급된 후 동일한 사유로 특별승진 된 자는 특별승진되기 전의 계급의 호봉에서 1호봉을 감한 후 특별승진되는 계급에서의 호봉을 획정한다.

⑤ 「지방 연구직 및 지도직공무원의 임용 등에 관한 규정」 제20조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지에 해당하는 연구직공무원에 대해서는 제2항 및 제4항에 준하여 특별승급시킬 수 있다. <개정 2024.1.5>

⑥승진 또는 승급의 제한을 받고 있는 자는 제4항 및 제5항의 규정에 불구하고 승진 또는 승급의 제한이 만료되는 날이 속하는 달의 다음달 1일자로 특별승급한다.
