지방공무원 보수규정 제11조(강임ㆍ강등 시의 호봉 획정)

①일반직ㆍ별정직ㆍ연구직 및 지도직공무원이 강임하는 경우에는 강임된 계급에서의 호봉을 획정한다. <개정 1990.1.15, 2013.12.11, 2020.3.10>

②강임된 계급에서의 호봉획정은 별표 9가 정하는 승진후 호봉을 강임되기 전의 계급의 호봉으로 보고 이에 해당하는 승진전 호봉을 강임되는 계급의 호봉으로 획정한다. 이 경우 강임되는 계급에서 획정되는 호봉이 2개이상인 경우에는 그중 가장 높은 호봉으로 획정한다. <개정 1990.1.15>

③제2항의 규정에 의하여 강임된 계급에서의 호봉획정을 함에 있어서 강임되는 공무원이 강임일 현재로 강임전의 계급에서 호봉에 반영되지 아니한 잔여기간이 12월이상인 경우에는 제12조의 규정에 불구하고 강임일에 강임전의 계급에서 승급시킨 후에 강임된 계급에서의 호봉을 획정한다. 이 경우 승급발령은 하지 아니하며 강임된 계급에서의 호봉획정으로 이를 갈음한다.

④강임되기 전 계급에서의 호봉에 반영되지 아니한 잔여기간(제3항이 적용되는 경우에는 승급시킨 후의 잔여기간을 말한다)은 강임된 계급에서의 다음 승급기간에 산입한다.

⑤ 제1항의 공무원이 강등하는 경우의 호봉 획정에 관하여는 제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "강임"은 "강등"으로 본다. <신설 2009.3.31>
