지방공무원 명예퇴직수당 등 지급 규정 제8조의2(명예퇴직수당지급대상자 결정의 취소)

지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 명예퇴직수당 지급대상자로 결정된 자에게 명예퇴직수당 지급신청일 이후부터 명예퇴직일까지의 기간중에 제3조제3항 각호에 해당하는 사유가 발생한 경우에는 지체없이 명예퇴직 수당지급대상자 결정을 취소하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 결정의 취소 통지에 관하여는 제8조를 준용한다. <개정 2008.12.24, 2021.11.30, 2024.1.2>
