지방공무원 명예퇴직수당 등 지급 규정 제11조(조기퇴직수당의 지급신청)

조기퇴직수당을 지급받고자 하는 자는 제9조의 규정에 의한 기간내에 조기퇴직수당지급신청서에 조기퇴직원을 첨부하여 이를 소속기관의 장을 거쳐 당해 지방자치단체의 장이나 지방의회의 의장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>
