지방공무원 교육훈련법 제22조(교육훈련의 요청)

교육부장관 및 행정안전부장관은 원활한 정책 협조를 위하여 지방자치단체의 장 또는 지방의회의 의장에게 국가정책에 관련된 교육훈련을 실시할 것을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 지방자치단체의 장 또는 지방의회의 의장은 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2021.10.8>
