지방공무원 교육훈련법 시행령 제25조(교수요원의 근무기간 등)

① 교육훈련기관 교수요원의 근무기간은 2년으로 한다. 다만, 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 특별한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그 기간을 단축하거나 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2021.11.30>

② 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 교수요원으로서의 근무를 성실히 마친 공무원을 승진 또는 전보에서 우대해야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>
