지방공기업법 제66조(결산)

① 공사는 매 사업연도의 결산을 해당 사업연도가 끝난 후 2개월 이내에 완료하여야 한다.

② 공사는 결산 완료 후 결산서를 작성하고, 지방자치단체의 장이 선임하는 회계감사인에게 결산서를 제출하여 회계감사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2025.4.1>

③ 공사는 제2항에 따라 작성된 결산서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 지체 없이 지방자치단체의 장에게 보고하고 승인을 받아야 한다. <신설 2025.4.1>

④ 제2항에 따른 회계감사인의 선임에 관하여는 제35조의2제1항 및 제2항을 준용한다. <신설 2025.4.1>

⑤ 회계감사인의 자격 제한, 회계감사인 선임 시 문서로 정할 사항, 회계감사인의 권한 및 회계감사인, 이사 또는 감사 등의 공사 또는 제3자에 대한 손해배상책임 등에 관하여는 「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」 제9조제3항부터 제6항까지, 제10조제5항, 제21조제1항, 제31조제1항부터 제5항까지 및 제7항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "감사인"은 "회계감사인"으로, "회사"는 "공사"로, "감사인선임위원회"는 "회계감사인선임위원회"로, "제10조"는 "제66조제2항"으로 본다. <신설 2025.4.1>
