지방공기업법 제34조(회계의 총괄)

① 관리자는 지방직영기업의 회계업무를 총괄한다.

② 관리자는 회계사무를 처리하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 기업출납원, 현금취급원, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 회계관계공무원을 둘 수 있다.

③ 제2항의 회계관계공무원은 해당 지방직영기업에 종사하는 공무원 중에서 관리자가 임명한다.
