Act on the Regulation of Use and Transfer of Certain Conventional Weapons, Including Landmines, Article 5 (Prohibition of Altered Use)
누구든지 지뢰, 부비트랩 또는 그 밖의 장치에 다른 장치 등을 결합하여 제3조제1호에 따른 무기가 되도록 변형하여 사용하여서는 아니 된다.
No one shall alter a landmine, booby-trap, or other device by combining it with another device or the like so that it becomes a weapon under Article 3 subparagraph 1, and use it.
