지능형전력망의 구축 및 이용촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(지능형전력망 보호대책 이행 여부 확인절차 등)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제27조제1항에 따라 법 제26조제3항에 따른 지침의 이행 여부를 확인하려는 경우에는 지능형전력망 사업자에게 미리 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 제1항에 따른 지침의 이행 여부를 확인하기 위하여 서면 또는 인터넷 등의 방법으로 조사를 하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 「국가기술자격법」에 따른 기사 등 지능형전력망에 관한 전문가와 함께 방문하여 조사하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 공무원과 「국가기술자격법」에 따른 기사 등 지능형전력망에 관한 전문가는 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여 주어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
