증권거래세법 제17조(질문ㆍ검사)

증권거래세에 관한 사무에 종사하는 세무공무원은 증권거래세의 납세의무자와 그 거래상대방에 대하여 증권거래세와 관련되는 사항을 질문하거나 그 업무에 관한 장부ㆍ서류나 그 밖의 물건을 검사할 수 있다. 이 경우 직무상 필요한 범위 외에 다른 목적 등을 위하여 그 권한을 남용해서는 아니 된다. <개정 2018.12.31>
