증권거래세법 제13조(징수)

관할 세무서장은 증권거래세의 납세의무자가 신고한 세액을 내지 아니하거나 덜 낸 경우에는 그 내지 아니한 세액 또는 덜 낸 세액을 징수하고, 제11조 또는 제12조에 따라 결정ㆍ경정 또는 수시부과를 한 경우에는 그 내야 할 세액을 징수한다.
