즉결심판에 관한 절차법 제3조의2(관할에 대한 특례)

지방법원 또는 그 지원의 판사는 소속 지방법원장의 명령을 받아 소속 법원의 관할사무와 관계없이 즉결심판청구사건을 심판할 수 있다.
