중재법 제30조(중재판정부의 의사결정)

당사자 간에 다른 합의가 없는 경우 3명 이상의 중재인으로 구성된 중재판정부의 의사결정은 과반수의 결의에 따른다. 다만, 중재절차는 당사자 간의 합의가 있거나 중재인 전원이 권한을 부여하는 경우에는 절차를 주관하는 중재인이 단독으로 결정할 수 있다.
